Various types of Wellness Teas have been around for ages. But what do we really know about these teas? Do they really work? And can they really replenish the essentials our bodies need to be strong and healthy?
I have tried several and done my homework and found that Wellness Teas differ dramatically from ordinary teas in that they are purposefully designed to optimize and support the health of the human body. It’s no secret that globally, we as human beings have all fallen in love with a Tea of some sort. It’s refreshing, thirst quenching and a great “cool down” beverage on a hot summer day! So why not make it one that is actually as good for your body as it tastes?
I received 2-2 oz packets of Wellness Tea’s to review. The first one was “Beautiful” which supports radiant glowing skin and let’s face who doesn’t want that? And the second was a “Slim/Detox Tea” that supports healthy weight management and detoxification.
When I opened both of the packets to smell them I couldn’t help but to notice how delicious they both smelled. They were very pleasant and aromatic. The “Beautiful” smelled very earthy with “fruity” undertones and the weight management/detox tea smelled a bit minty which I absolutely love. I was very excited to try them both and I have to say, the taste of each tea surpassed the smell by leaps and bounds. They were both delicious! I could drink them everyday.
Did I mention I am a tea lover? Unfortunately, I have found that the mass increase in demand for Tea has adversely affected most tea qualities. I have to happily say, NOT this tea. The integrity and quality of this tea is in tact.
With increased pollution, poor farming methods, pesticide and insecticide use, toxic heavy metals, and lack of proper testing can all take a heavy toll on the safety and quality of teas, with the result that some teas may not provide health benefits. To the contrary, they may actually be damaging to your health. Some tea packers will even add artificial ingredients or synthetic flavors and dye’s in an attempt to “liven up” their poor quality tea. That may fool your eye, but you can’t fool your health; According to L’dara’s Marketing Partners. Which being an avid tea drinker, I have found to be true.
There are so many benefits to drinking tea that we probably don’t even think about. At the very least, it’s a flavorful way of getting enough fluid into your body each day. On top of that, studies have shown teas can help protect your teeth and your heart, as well as possibly even helping to stave off certain types of cancer’s. A tea timeout is my favorite way to de-stress a stressful day and just let go. Yes, tea even relieves stress! It bring s a whole new mind-set to taking care of your own health as well as the heath of your family.
After reading through all of the information that was sent to me a long with these tea’s I am very impressed with this company. They also have an impressive skin care line! They have actually thought of it all so we don’t have to. Just the simple fact that they are packed full of antioxidants and wholesome goodness is reason enough to try it. And they have so many tea’s to choose from each supporting different functions you simply can’t go wrong. On the plus side they taste really good which is a huge bonus in my book. After all, if it doesn’t taste good how likely are you to keep it up? Wellness teas can help to support cleansing, detoxification and weight management programs. They can help to soothe and comfort the digestive system, support immune health, promote peace of mind, support beautiful glowing skin, and can also be used to energize body and mind, just to name a few benefits.
Overall, I really love this line! I think it’s such a unique idea to make high-quality products that actually have some truly amazing health benefits! Besides just being a tea, these really do work hard to balance your body to get you feeling the best, most healthy version of yourself as possible. Everyone wants to feel and look younger (myself included) We are always looking for the next best thing in anti-aging and preventative care. So, why not a tea? Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
